When it comes to fiberglass pools, Pools Today offers a wide variety of different shapes and sizes to accommodate the given space. One of our sales reps will happily come to your house to take measurements and brainstorm some options. From there, we can use our 3D rendering software to build your backyard to what it could look like before breaking ground. 

Here at Pools Today, we don’t want any house left behind due to a possible access problem. If you’re questioning if it’s possible, give us a call and a sales rep can come check it out. We have access to large cranes and can even lift the pool over houses. We also have different sized equipment for those tight fits. 

Yes, a permit is required for a pool installation. Our team at Pools Today can help lead you in the right direction for getting the correct permit.

Yes of course, Pools Today is sister companies with Lambs Lawn Service and Landscaping to whom have over 20 years of experience. Their expertise has allowed us to put pools in some very sloped yards. We achieve this by constructing a retaining wall normally using our natural limestone boulders, however there are multiple options to choose from when it comes to styling the retaining wall. 

The short answer is no. With years of innovation in the fiberglass pool construction and make-up, there is nothing better when it comes to the longevity of a fiberglass pool. Designed with multi-layer materials and fiberglass, these pools are designed to expand and contract with temperature change, therefore greatly reducing the chance of ever having a crack. Unlike a concrete or plaster pool which is almost guaranteed to crack over time since concrete and plaster are much less forgiving when it comes to expanding and contracting. 

No, you will not have to use thousands of gallons of water from your house to fill up your pool. We have a water truck that we use to fill up our pools. However, in some cases we may need to use the garden hose initially to set the pool. When the pool is set and steady, we then begin trucking in the water. 

Our goal is to keep our job sites as clean as possible during the installation process. We are keen on making sure everything is picked and cleaned up before we leave each and every day. 

During the install, it is normal to have some noise as we are using machinery to do the installation. Sounds of running engines and beeping from the machines is what to expect. However, there could be an increased noise level if we need to jack hammer through rock in the digging process. We like to be respectful to you and your surrounding neighbors, therefore we will not work into the night time hours. 

Not unless you want to be. Communication is key in the installation process. To the best of our ability and weather permitting, we like to go over the plan with the customer in the beginning and create a timeline for what they can expect throughout the process. We check in with customers regularly to answer any questions or concerns  during the install. 

Yes we can! Don’t let rock stop you from making your dream a reality. Pools Today has equipment that is made to break through rock in order to install a pool. This does increase the digging time as it takes longer to get through rock than it does dirt or clay, but with a little time and some hard work we can make it happen! If you are worried about having rock at your house, we can come and dig a test hole to confirm or deny the presence of rock. 

Yes, safety at the job site during and after work is crucial for us at Pools Today. Before we leave for the day, we make sure there is fencing around the site to prevent someone from falling into the pool as it’s being constructed. If you have any safety concerns please call us so that we can make sure to resolve the issue. We strive to have an amazing and safe install not only for our employees but for the homeowner as well.

Yes, Depending on your equipment, just a 110v outlet will suffice. However, on a majority of our installs the equipment is wired into a pool specific smart panel. It is the duty of the homeowner to have an electrician run wiring to our outdoor pool panel. Pools Today has contacts for Reputable Electricians and we are happy to supply their contact info. 

A gas heater is a great option to add to your pool to maximize your length of swim season. In order to have a gas heater, whether that is natural gas or propane, you will need to have a source of fuel. Pools Today can trench for a gas line to be installed however it is up to the homeowner to source a plumber to install the gas line into the heater. There are tons of options when it comes to pool equipment and sometimes it is hard to understand what you WANT versus what you NEED. You could have a pool with very Minimal equipment being a pump, filter, and lights. With this equipment, your pool will operate, filter, and everything will be manually turned on via switches. However, most customers choose to get a heater, salt system, and a Smart Panel. All of our equipment comes from Pentair which is the leading manufacturer in pool equipment who provide great customer service and warranty programs.
